Phobias

When was the last time you got into the loft?

What Phobia do you have?

Spiders?

Climbing ladders?

Small places?

Flying?

Water?

Whatever it is that stops you doing the things you want to do need stop you no longer.

A phobia is a learned response to a perceived threat. Many of these responses are set when we were very young and we were unable to rationalise our understanding of events.

The mind is very good at learning very quickly, particularly when it feels the need to protect itself to continued survival. As adults we often know that a phobia is irrational at a conscious level, however the unconscious still wants to protect us and responds automatically. And, each time we respond to our phobias with this learned response, the response strengthens and becomes ingrained in who we are.

Some phobias can be changed in one session.

Working with that unconscious response allows the mind to re-learn that behaviour…

…and it can achieve this in one session

A simple and safe process can help eliminate the phobic response and will allow you to

feel better about yourself in the process.
